Terms of Sale
You acknowledge that your order constitutes an offer to purchase all of the Products and Services described under these terms. Following order receipt, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and provide information on the Products and Services you ordered.
All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. On days of food delivery service that have been purchased, we do not issue refunds. Before placing an order, please speak with a representative if you have any queries.
Days of Let Katie Cook’s meal delivery service that have been purchased do not expire. Call us at (111) 111-1111 to halt and resume service with two business days’ notice.
You must call us at (111) 111-1111 with at least seven working days’ notice for any modifications to meal plans or delivery schedules. We have the right to charge for any services supplied or not rendered without providing prior notification. Additionally, we retain the right to modify the Products and Services we offer without providing you with prior notice.
You acknowledge that promotional offers, preferences you choose, modifications you make to your meal plans, changes in applicable taxes, or other charges may affect the amount billed, and you give us (or our third-party payment processor) permission to charge your payment method for the appropriate sum.
You agree to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies. We go to great lengths to ensure that each dish is made safely and independently. However, allergies, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy, are present in the same kitchen, and all of our meals are processed. Contact your healthcare practitioner right away if you experience or suspect that you are experiencing an allergic reaction or another unfavorable health occurrence.
Delivery
We recommend you to inspect delivered meals you receive from us for damage or other issues upon delivery and refrigerate meals upon delivery. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) provides refrigeration and food safety instructions. We strongly advise that you follow the USDA’s guidelines. We strongly advise adherence to the USDA’s recommendations on food consumption for at-risk populations, which may be found here, if Let Katie Cook meals will be consumed by pregnant women, young children, the elderly, or anyone with weakened immune systems.
We advise you to include delivery instructions when placing your purchase, such as asking for your delivery to be left with a neighbor or a lobby attendant. Unless you specify otherwise in your delivery instructions to us, we will assume that anyone accepting delivery from us at the delivery address is authorized to do so. The same rules that apply if you had personally received the delivery also apply to deliveries accepted by any alternate receiver.
